My tyvek wallet after 11 months of continuous use.Faced with a disintegrating Slimfold wallet, I had the option to either buy another for $20 or make my own for $2...What you will need to do:This SVG file can be printed and used as a cutting template (you may need to poster-ize it onto two sheets, since the margins are so small), or cut this out onto a harder material to use as a stencil to trace around with an X-acto knife.
