My Story
In 2013, Winston Moy was sent to work for the Navy by a scholarship for a degree he didn’t use. The engineer eventually escaped from a secure facility to the Los Angeles underground. Today, still wanted by the government, he survives as a machinist of YouTube. If you have a project, if no one else can help, and if you can find him... maybe you can hire Winston.
I am a maker of things, lover of outdoor adventures, and an all-around aerospace enthusiast. I got my start in digital fabrication in the spring of 2014, when I purchased one of the first Shapeoko 2 CNCs. Since then I've been steadily learning, improving, and sharing everything I can about my digital fabrication pursuits. I quit my position as a mechanical engineer for the US Navy to be a content creator for Carbide3D, and scratch the perpetual creative itch I had when I was stuck working behind a desk.
