Update from the TCNJ IARC Flight Deck

I have completed the bench test of our Arduino Fio and brush-less DC motors. After some tweaking, we have a working platform, controlled by input from a remote computer. The system is also transmitting altitude data back to a remote computer, verifying that we have simultaneous, bi-directional wireless communication.
